Yes — 100% free with no hidden subscription. Essential features (Strava sync, challenges, avatar gamification, stats) are free for life.
Do I need a Strava account to use Bivora?
Highly recommended but not mandatory. Strava enables automatic activity sync. Without Strava you can still use Bivora but must log sessions manually.
Where are my personal data stored?
Your data are stored on secure European servers (Supabase), encrypted end-to-end, GDPR compliant. They are never sold. You can export or delete your data anytime from the app.
Does the app drain battery?
No — minimal consumption. GPS is used only when you record an activity directly. Background Strava sync runs every few hours (configurable).
