Is my password secure?

Yes! Passwords require at least 8 characters including uppercase, lowercase, numbers and special characters. Bivora uses strong encryption and OAuth 2.0. Your data is stored securely and encrypted end-to-end.

Yes! Log in with the same account on phone and tablet. Profile, activities, challenges and rewards sync in real time via the cloud.

How do I connect my Strava account?

Go to Profile → Settings → Integrations → Strava → 'Connect with Strava'. You'll be redirected to Strava to authorize access. Once accepted, activities import automatically. We only access required data.

Yes! Once connected, new activities sync in real time. Initial import of history takes 10-20 seconds (even for 200+ activities) thanks to our optimized system. You will receive a notification when complete.

Currently one Strava account per Bivora account. For multiple Strava accounts, create distinct Bivora accounts. You can switch Strava from Profile → Settings → Integrations → Disconnect.

Absolutely. We only access necessary information (activities, basic stats). Your Strava password is never stored. Data is encrypted and not shared with third parties. You can revoke access anytime.

Go to Activities and pull-to-refresh for instant sync. A 'Sync Strava' button also appears if recent activities are not synced.
